Complete cleaning and clearing of all debris for the existing roof, gutters. downspouts, and leader heads.
Providing detailed reports with photos after each visit for your records.
Strengthening and sealing all seams on flashings, roof penetrations, curbs, and HVAC equipment with white modified mastic as needed.
Securing slipped tiles and replacing broken ones.
Checking coping metal and re-sealing any cracks or exposed penetrations using white mastic.
Inspecting chimneys, chimney caps, Valleys and Skylights.
Conducting a thorough roof inspection and providing recommendations for further repairs if needed.
RAPP customers will be first in line to receive services during emergencies.
