• Final pricing may change due to unforeseen site conditions, material price fluctuations, code requirements, or scope changes requested by the customer.
• A signed proposal or contract is required before work begins.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in the written contract or proposal.
• Deposits may be required prior to the commencement of work.
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by California law.

4. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order and approved by both parties. Additional work may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

5. Scheduling and Delays

• Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, material availability, inspections, permit approvals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• HH Preferred Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Permits and Code Compliance

Unless otherwise stated in writing, HH Preferred Roofing will obtain required permits and perform work in compliance with applicable local and state building codes. Any upgrades or changes required due to existing non-code-compliant conditions may result in additional costs.

7. Warranties

• HH Preferred Roofing provides workmanship warranties as outlined in the applicable contract.
• Manufacturer warranties for roofing materials are provided by the manufacturer, not HH Preferred Roofing.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

8. Property Access and Safety

• Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property during the project.
• Roofing work may involve noise, debris, vibrations, and temporary disruptions.
• HH Preferred Roofing is not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or property features not reasonably avoidable during standard roofing operations unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. SMS & Electronic Communications Consent

HH Preferred Roofing sends text message updates and responses for roofing estimate requests submitted on our website www.preferredroofinginc.com.

Mobile phone, email and other contact information is used only for the purposes customers consent to when sharing it with HH Preferred Roofing.
